This warranty covers any defects or failures of components or materials that occur during normal residential use of your cold plunge. While issues are rare, if you do experience any problems with your cold plunge, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible. More often than not, it’s a simple fix that we’re happy to help walk you through, in order to get you plunging again as soon as possible!

Under this warranty, we will repair or replace any defective tub or chiller component at no cost to you. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, lack of maintenance or improper installation of your cold plunge. Any damage caused by improper use or installation will not be covered under this warranty.

To make a warranty claim, please contact us directly through sales@plungestore.com. We will work with you to diagnose the issue and provide you with the appropriate solution. If we determine that a repair or replacement is necessary, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
