Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Additionally, the return freight cost will be advised and taken from your refund for buyers remorse returns.
Buyers Remorse Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, like items that have been used, damage in the set up process or neglected. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty
Warranty Information
Doodip warrants to the owners that they will, free of charge, exchange any unit found to be defective in workmanship or material for a period of no more than one year from date of purchase. The exchange does not include any cost of removing, installation, or reinstallation. This warranty does not apply if the unit has been damaged by accident, misuse, damage by fire, flood, or act of God. The owner agrees by use of this unit that the responsibilities or obligations of the manufacturer will not extend to contingent or indirect damage or injury which may result from any such use, that the obligations of the manufacturer are limited to those stated herein and that no other obligations or responsibilities expressed or implied are assumed by the manufacturer, Doodip.
