SHIPPING AND DELIVERY 

Please keep in mind that order processing time and shipping times differ. On average, order processing and delivery can take 30-35 days, although this timeframe may vary based on demand. All stated delivery timeframes are estimates and may be subject to change due to global supply chain issues and shipping carrier factors beyond our control.

While your order is being processed and delivered, we encourage you to reach out if you have any questions. Rest assured that your order is being handled with meticulous care and attention to detail.

After the product has been processed and shipped, delivery time frames for all shipments within the continental US typically range from 7-14 business days. Depending on your location, your shipment may arrive 1-3 days earlier than expected, but there is no guarantee. Please note that Cold Life LLC cannot be held liable for early or late shipments of your order.

DELIVERY 

Once your order has been shipped, a contact from the freight company will reach out to schedule a time frame that is convenient for you to deliver. Please keep in mind that there must be an adult present during the delivery time frame given to you. The delivery will only be delivered and dropped off on the first available floor. It is the customers responsibility to un-package your order and set it up in your desired location. If you wish to have white glove delivery, please reach out to Support@plungestore.com for a custom quote. White glove delivery service includes in-home delivery up to three floors and un-packaging of your plunge. 

Return & Refund Policy 

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you have 30 days to request a refund. Please note there will be a 10% restocking fee and you will be responsible for shipping your return. The unit must be in original, working condition to receive a full refund, otherwise partial refunds will be granted at the sole discretion of The Cold Life LLC. We will process your return quickly upon receiving. If you have any issues with your, please don’t hesitate to contact us at Support@plungestore.com. 

Upon delivery of your plunge, you will be asked to sign for receipt. Please ensure you inspect the unit in full prior to signing. If the unit is damaged upon receiving, please note this with your delivery driver AND send us an email within 24 hours. We will assist in making a claim with the carrier to ensure the issue is resolved. 

Please keep in mind the Plunge is hand made here in America, and every plunge has its own unique characteristics. Our limited warranty expands further on the standard blemishes that may come on your plunge.
