Penguin Shipping-Returns

Shipping Information:

Our website provides accurate shipping costs for the continental United States. Penguin Chillers also ships directly to Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Canada for an additional charge (Contact us for accurate quotes). If you are outside of these areas, you will need to hire a freight forwarding company to handle your shipment. 

Returns:
For returns, they must be requested within 21 days of original shipment. All returns must be
pre-approved prior to shipping your item back to us. All returned items must be in their original
condition, with original packaging. A 20% stocking fee applies to all approved returns. When
returning a product for a refund, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping.
(Unless the wholesaler decides to absorb this cost). Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
There are no refunds available on custom ordered products or chillers.


Refunds:
Once returned, if upon receiving and inspecting a returned product, it is found to not be in its
original condition, the return is subject to rejection. If the refund is approved, the refund will be
processed and a check will be sent to the wholesaler. It is the responsibility of the wholesaler to
refund the customer. All refunds may take up to 14 days to process the paperwork and issue your
refund.


Cancelation Policy:
Please note any orders canceled within their lead time, prior to shipping, will be subject to a 3%
cancellation fee.
