Here are the basics to get set up fast!

1. Set on a level surface.

2. Leave 6 inches behind the plunge so the lid can open back.

3. Fill approximately 2/3s full of water (see how much water your body displaces!)

4. Plug it in, using our GFCI outlet extension.

5. Set your temperature by holding the "set" button for 3 seconds. Using the arrows, and holding "set" again.
